Hey! 🙂
I was tagged by Giselle @ Hardwork Boulevard for the Summer Reader Book tag! This looks like a really fun tag, so thank you Giselle for tagging me! It’s sad to see that Summer is almost over, but I am excited for the weather to get cooler! I mean, it’s never really cold here in Florida, but it’s nice when it’s not 90-100 degrees every day! 😛
LEMONADE: pick a book that started off bitter, but got better.
+ Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas.
GOLDEN SUN: pick a book that made you smile beyond compare.
+ I know I always choose this book for these type of questions, but it’s hard not to. Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli.
TROPICAL FLOWERS: pick a book set in a foreign country.
+ The Book Thief by Markus Zusak.
TREE SHADE: pick a book in which a mysterious or shady character was first introduced.
+ Digby from Trouble Is a Friend of Mine by Stephanie Tromly.
BEACH SAND: pick a book that was grainy, and the plot barely developed.
+ Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick.
GREEN GRASS: pick a character(s) that were full of life, making you smile.
+ Dante from Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Saenz.
WATERMELON: pick a book that had some juicy secrets.
+ Broken Hearts, Fences, and Other Things to Mend by Katie Finn.
SUN HAT: pick a book that had a vast, big universe/setting.
+ Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo.
BBQ: pick a book in which a character was portrayed as a hunk.
+ Raffe from Angelfall by Susan Ee.
I am going to tag:
Amy @ Book Enthral
Anette @ Anette Reads
Josie @ Josie’s Book Corner
Emily @ The Diary of a Bibliophile
Shelbie @ Lu-Lu’s Rants & Reads
Maren @ The Worn Bookmark
Joey @ Thoughts and Afterthoughts
And anyone else that wants to do this tag! Feel free to ignore if you’ve already done it or don’t want to do it.
A sign that summer is almost over, but one of the best part of the coming months!
That’s all for this post! I’ll probably be back Friday with a new post of all the books I added to my TBR this week. Bye! ❤
