Hi 🙂

It’s been a pretty good reading month for me so far. I’ve been reading and listening to a lot of books, which is nice compared to the end of 2015. Here is what my reading looks like in the last week or so.

Currently Reading:

blondeeskimotheheir

Blonde Eskimo by Kristen Hunt
The Heir by Kiera Cass

I am currently reading Blonde Eskimo, which so far I like it. I’m about 80 pages into it. It’s cool learning about Alaskan traditions and culture. Not too much is happening yet, but I have a feeling it’ll be getting really interesting soon. I really liked the Selection series (except America; hated her so much). I decided to start The Heir and it’s soooo boring. The main character is just as annoying her mother America was. It’s deja vu of the Selection only worse!

Recently Finished:

wingeranotherdaymaybesomeday

Winger by Andrew Smith
Another Day by David Levithan
Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover

I loved Winger so much and I will be having my review up for that one tomorrow. Another Day was okay. I wasn’t a fan of Riannon in Every Day, so that’s why I didn’t love this book that much. It’s basically Every Day, but told from Riannon’s point of view. I loved Every Day though. Maybe Someday was so amazing! You can check out my review over here.

Reading Next:

glass swordgirlinthebluecoatthenewguy

Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard
Girl in the Blue Coat by Monica Hesse
The New Guy (and Other Senior Year Distractions) by Amy Spalding

I’m not entirely sure what I am going to read next. I read the first two chapters of Glass Sword, so I may pick that one back up. I haven’t been in the mood for it and I also don’t want it to end and have to wait another year for the next book. So I’ve been putting it off, lol. The Novl sent me a couple ARCs, so I want to read those as well and they will be released in the first week of April. I think they may be my next two reads.

What are you currently reading? Recently finished? Reading next? Let me know and feel free to link me to your posts!

I hope you have a great Wednesday! 🙂

    • I loved Red Queen, but I really don’t want to wait another year for the next book after Glass Sword. So I think I have just really been putting it off because of that LOL.

  1. I know what you mean about America in The Selection books. She was annoying, but I blew through those books! However, I couldn’t even make it through The Heir. I think Kiera Cass books are just not for me. :/ Oh well.
Here’s my post for the week. Happy reading!

  2. Blonde Eskimo sounds really good! And I wasn’t blown away by Rhiannon in Every Day either (even though I loved the book), so now I’m not sure if I want to read Another Day haha. Maybe Someday is on my wishlist after reading your review… 😉 And I’m planning to read Glass Sword next month.

    Happy reading! Here’s my WWW.

    • So far Blonde Eskimo is pretty interesting. You can totally skip Another Day and read the new book in the series (not sure when it’s releasing though) and it won’t even matter. Another Day was just Every Day, but told from Rhiannon’s point of view. So if you didn’t like her, I wouldn’t read it.

  3. ‘The New Guy’ looks so fun. I haven’t read a high school novel in a long time and now I want to pick up some Meg Cabot. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!
