Book Haul||November.

novemberbookhaul

Hi! ๐Ÿ™‚

I can’t believe November is almost over! This month came and went pretty fast, which is so sad! In happy news though, I am here with my November book haul! To be honest though,ย I actually got a lot of these in the last few days of October, but since I had already done my October book haul I decided to include in November’s. I think I will get right into my haul post!

Target.

I was planning on reading the entire Lunar Chronicles series in the month of November (more on that in my recap post next week). In order to do that, I had to buy the rest of the series! So that brings me to my Target book haul!

Scarlet by Marissa Meyer
Cress
by Marissa Meyer
Winter by Marissa Meyer
Illuminae by Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff

I still need to pick up Fairest, but at the time that I bought Scarlet and Cress back in October; there weren’t any copies left. I also seen Illuminae at Target and I could not (would not) leave the store without it! It was staring at me and calling my name. The minute I let my hands touch it, I knew I was taking it home with me!

My copy of Winter has some awesome fan art on the inside cover!

Book Outlet.

My Book Outlet order wasn’t expected to arrive until a few days into November, so when I received it on Halloween it was a nice little treat for me! No tricks for me that night!

I had a 15% off coupon and I honestly wasn’t even going to use it because I didn’t see too much that I was dying to have, but with seven hours left before it expired I ended up just doing it and gotย 6 books (five hardcovers, one paperback signed) for $20 including shipping. That is pretty amazing!

Tandem by Anna Jarzab
Of Beast and Beauty by Stacey Jay
Gated by Amy Christine Parker
The Midnight Witch by Paula Brackston
The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon
Steelheart by Brandon Sanderson

I did such an amazing job with this Book Outlet haul and it helped that I had that coupon. None of these books (besides Steelheart) was over $2.99 I believe! Steelheart was a little bit more because it was signed. I figured why not spend the $1.00 more for the signed copy versus the regular paperback. I read The Witch’s Daughter by Paula Brackston and loved it, so I had to get The Midnight Witch. I also just recently found out a sequel to The Witch’s Daughter is coming out in March 2016! I am super excited about all of these others too, especially The Bone Season!

Not If I see You First by Eric Lindstrom
Soundless by Richelle Mead

I received Not If I See You First from The Novl and that was a nice little surprise! This is the second time in a row that I won a book from them! This (and the other from them) will probably be making it onto my December TBR. The book I got in my OwlCrate this month was Soundless. It’s a little hard to tell in the OwlCrate picture, but also included in the box are the following things:

Fairytale tea from Adagio Teas.
(this tea smells AMAZING & it’s the Sleeping Beauty one)
Castle locket necklace from The Geeky Cauldron.
Camp Half-Blood bracelet from The Colorful Geek.
Pocket mirror (mermaid) from My Clockwork Castle.

Here’s a slightly betterย picture of everything from my OwlCrate.

Goodwill.

Eldest by Christopher Paolini
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix by J.K. Rowling

I was so excited when I found Eldest at Goodwill! A few months ago I was able to find Eragon at Goodwill too. So it’s nice that I now have books one and two! I also found the Order of the Phoenix and decided to get it. I don’t own the HP books, but I’m trying to collect the hardcovers from Goodwill (or any other thrift store). So far I just have the Sorcerer’s Stone and this one now. I really enjoyed the HP series this year, so I definitely want to own them and finding them randomly at Goodwill is always exciting and I only have to pay $1.50 a book versus getting them for so much more money brand new.

Have you read any of these books? What new books did you get this month? Let me know and link me to your book haul posts!

I did pretty good with not buying so much this month. Only six of these books I actually got in the month of November. The rest were left over from October, because I ended up buying more books after I posted my October haul, lol! I posted my e-book haul last Friday, so feel free to check that out! I’ll link it down below! ๐Ÿ˜€

E-Book Haul.

I’ll have my November recap post coming up soon and my December TBR. That’s all for this post! I mentioned in my last post that I might be a little bit silent since I’ll be gone for a few days and not have a computer with me.ย After work today I am off to Cape Coral for Thanksgiving! ๐Ÿ˜€

I hope you have a great day! โค

  1. I am, creating a November Book Haul later today. You’re one step ahead of me Ashley! I also got the first book of Eragon last month. I’ve only read a few chapters of it so far.

  2. I am sooooo jealous if that bracelet!! Too bad they never fit me lol Loveee the haul ๐Ÿ™‚ I haved Gated and Of Beast and Beauty !

  3. Ahh I’m so jealous of your book haul! I haven’t bought any books this month except the ebook versions of Cinder and Scarlet. I gotta go buy Illuminae at least. I saw it and almost bought it but then I put it back. Stupid me lol. Great post as always! ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Great haul! The Bone Season is amazing, so I hope you enjoy it. I’m so excited to hear that you enjoyed the Witch’s Daughter. I’ve had it on my shelf for a really long time, but I haven’t picked it up because I’ve heard next no nothing about it. Maybe I’ll go for it soon! :3
I was a little underwhelmed with this month’s Owlcrate, though. ;(

    • Thanks ๐Ÿ™‚ ! I’ve noticed that The Witch’s Daughter doesn’t have the greatest rating on Goodreads, but I really enjoyed it. I made my older sister read it too and she liked it also. I hope you do too! I like books about witches, so I’m sure that helped with liking it more than most. I can’t wait to read The Bone Season. I wasn’t exactly sure about the book in this OwlCrate, but I’ll still give it a chance. I did like the other things, especially the tea. It smelled so good! For me it was a lot better than the crate I got in September.

  5. I’m so jealous of your copy of Winter! My hardcover copy doesn’t have those beautiful end papers… T_T I really recommend reading Fairest before reading Winter, if you can get your hands on it. It really added to my reading experience of Winter because I was able to understand Levana a little bit better. You just get these little easter eggs ๐Ÿ˜€

The OwlCrate box looks good as always, but I don’t think the bookish items are as great this month… It’s much too expensive for me to order since international shipping is ridiculous. I’ll just have to admire from afar.

    • It was awesome that it had pictures with it! I think it was exclusive to that store I got it from. I’m hoping I can buy Fairest today, because I’m currently reading Cress now. It’ll be nice getting Levana’s story. I like when there are side books/novellas for other characters. It sucks that international shipping is so much money! I wish everyone can experience OwlCrate! So far I’ve really enjoyed it!

  8. OMG I love your haul! The Winter fan art looks so good! It really makes me want to get a physical copy now… 6 books for only $20 is such a great offer! And I love the necklace. ๐Ÿ˜€
